Tell us about your shop
Your shop name and city are enough to start. Links help us look in the right places.
- Send the form. We’ll email to confirm we’ve got your request.
- We take a look. Google, your website and your social pages, the way a customer would.
- You get your Snapshot within 3 business days. What’s working, plus three fixes you can make yourself.
One Snapshot per shop every 4 months. Ten a month, first come, first served. When the month is full, your request goes on the list for next month and we’ll tell you so.

Snapshot questions
Is it really free?
Yes. No card and no contract. It’s part of the Guild, and the Guild is free.
How long does it take?
Your Snapshot arrives by email within 3 business days of your request.
How often can I get one?
Once every 4 months per shop. That’s enough time to make the fixes and see what changed before the next look.
Why only ten a month?
Each Snapshot is done by hand. Capping it keeps every one of them useful.
How is this different from the $300 Online Presence Audit?
The Snapshot is a quick look with three fixes. The audit from HMU Communications is a full review with numbered scores across every channel, and its $300 is credited toward your first month if you hire HMU.
Do I have to hire HMU afterwards?
No. The Snapshot is yours to use however you like. Most Guild members do the fixes themselves.
